You’ve done the hard part — now it’s time to heal and transform.
I’m Olivia Incardona, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Florida. I’m also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional passionate about helping women navigate the messy, meaningful transitions of life — from college to career to motherhood.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and heart align.
In therapy, we’ll focus on sustainable growth, not perfection, so you can feel more connected, intentional, and confident in who you are.
A Therapy Approach That Works.
You deserve more than a space to vent. You deserve support that helps you feel and function better.
My approach combines evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, and DBT) with mindfulness, nervous system psychoeducation/regulation, and holistic, values-based techniques — helping you move beyond survival mode and into growth.
You’ll leave sessions with:

A calmer, more balanced nervous system
Healthier boundaries and stronger self-trust
