Fees & FAQ:

Insurance Update: Beginning August 1, 2026, Heal and Transform Therapy & Wellness will operate as a self-pay practice and will no longer bill insurance directly. Clients are provided with a monthly superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

The fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $190. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to folks who qualify. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more information.

This was not an easy decision. However, transitioning to a self-pay model will allow me to prove high-quality therapy while maintaining the flexibility needed to best support your needs.
